” The times they are a-changin’ “

In light of some of my favorite bloggers telling you about their busy lives, I’ve decided to tell you zamwiers what I’ve been up to…

Since Wednesday night I have:

  • Said Good bye to my best friends in Germany = (
  • Checked out of the Arms
  • Flown to Chicago from Frankfurt International Airport
  • Connected in Chicago and flown to Baltimore
  • Visited my friend Ryan on the Eastern Shore
  • Checked out the Apple store and priced my Mac Book Pro
  • Visited downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy
  • Had a “Welcome Home” party
  • Played terrible in Wiffle Ball
  • Ate Chic-Fil-A
  • Picked up a nice cell phone (review to come)
  • Watched an Orioles game

Moving “home” has been tough, I’ve been home-sick for Germany and despite most of my friends leaving it still feels tough….

Anyway, I am connected here with my Mac Mini, it made it through customs and everything, and I am using some nice high speed internet.

Chick-Fil-A? Sick…
Its wierd isnt it? Last time I visited the states, I was home-sick for Germany and being back with everyone, but I don’t really call it home here in Germany. (Then again, I don’t really call anyplace home, but thats another matter.)

Make sure the next chick you meet, say you’ve been living in Europe for the past (3?) years and tell me what her response is, heh.

Chic-fil-a is good actually. One of the few places that enjoy for fast food…

I’m working on meeting people too, but I’m thinking that I’ll meet most people in college.

Glad to hear you made it home (?) safely. I guess this means I can delete your Germany telephone numbers from my address book now.

I was over at AFN today getting a copy of their story on our commencement to add to the DVD. Ken James asked about you and where you were going to school.

Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Mr. S.

P.S.: I’m surprised the visit to the Apple store wasn’t higher up on the list!

haha… The Apple store was actually my reason for going to Annapolis, it was the place I told my friend Ryan to drive me too… but I bought my MPB a couple days later. I’ll have to email you my cell number for when you come to TU!
