Six Flags called

My mom just got off the phone with Six Flags who called to ask us how our day at their amusement park went. I talked about it earlier, but the conversation she had sums up their customer service.

The Call

Customer Service Rep: On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, how would you rank your trip to Six Flags?

Mom: 1

CSR: How did you like the rides?

M: Well our fun was over in the middle of the day when my son’s cell phone was stolen.

CSR: How did you like the food?

M: It was expensive.

[Hang up]
This is what we dealt with all day, they DO NOT care about people at Six Flags, only money.
