The problem with publishing the most successful blog article of your site’s history is that you have to post another one following it. Where do you go from there?
We started with the basics, then discussed how to get your blog looking good, but today we look at what is required to go above and behind Wordpress, plugins. We will start with how to install and Wordpress plugin, and then I will list the seven plugins you can not live without!
In part one of “What you can do with Wordpress” I examined the very basics, and even talked a little bit about how to activate and use themes, but today we are going to go more in depth with Wordpress development.
From before the deaths of Tupac and the Notorious, there was one rapper who lived on and started himself, his name was Jay-Z. While this is no rap history blog, we do like to focus on bringing some self promotion to your site, and what better way to do that than by looking at the master himself, Jay-Z.
With the new 2.0.6 Wordpress release I realized that Wordpress is powering most of this website, and that there is so much you can do with this simple blogging platform. Over the next few posts I am going to discuss what you can do with Wordpress starting in the very simplist form.
I get tired of the same old stuff, “submit to Digg” or “join Technorati“, both of which are good ideas, but I have five tips for gaining traffic to your blog that no one else will tell you about.
I have to admit, all that I have done online in the past couple days is submit work to social bookmarking sites about the zamwi relaunch. I have been trying to get the zamwi name out there in as many ways necessary.
I know I was excited when I read what Gizmodo wrote earlier last week. But let’s me fair about this, it was a great post that allowed traffic to come to Gizmodo like never before. Jerks.

Last weekend my Dad and I had the urge to watch some old school music videos from The Police. Knowing that everything that is video makes it to YouTube I immediately started there. We found everything, but then he was wondering if you could save these videos, possibly to an iPod.
The RIAA and MPAA are always knocking on dorm room doors (not literally of course) to sue students for downloading content. It is a quick way for them to make a couple bucks (you’d think they do this enough by robbing the artist of the work) and a great way to ruin a college student’s life…but what do they care?
Colleges do care however, unfortunately their approach is a lost cause.
